how to use "ConfirmBox" statement in JavaScript

In some scenario we get confirmation box asking "Do you want to save your changes? " with options "Yes" and "No". User can click as per their wish. Wherever the page expects confirmaton from user there we can use confirmation box. It is so simple to do confirmation box with JavaScript. Just see the below example,
